FreedomPark’s curbside valet parking service provides you with the ability to drive your personal vehicle directly to your departing gate and drop it off with your reserved valet. When you return to DFW your vehicle will be waiting for you curbside at your arriving gate.

How does it work?

Reserve

First Time Customers

Please call our reservation line (972)-252-2500. A live customer service agent will set you up with a personal profile in our system and will give you a brief orientation of the service.

Returning Cusomters

Once you have your personal FreedomPark profile you can call (972)-252-2500 anytime to make your reservations, or you can choose to reserve online at www.freedomparkdfw.com.

Departure

On the day of your departure you will receive a text, email, or both to notify you of your meeting location at DFW Airport. Your reserved valet will be waiting to greet you at your departing terminal and gate.

Travel

While you are out of town your vehicle will be stored at our covered and secured parking lot. Our facility is monitored 24x7 and has access control systems to ensure the safety of your personal property. Upon request FreedomPark will arrange to have any of your needed vehicle maintenance performed while you at out town.

Arrival

Prior to your arrival back into DFW, FreedomPark will send a text, email, or both informing you to the exact meeting location for your reserved valet. Your valet will be waiting to greet you with your vehicle when you step off your flight into DFW.
