First Time Customer Orientation


FreedomPark Mobile Application

Reserve

To begin making FreedomPark reservations, please call (972) 252-2500. A live customer service representative will build your personal FreedomPark profile and give you a brief orientation to the service. Once you have your FreedomPark profile you can begin making reservations by calling our office or by utilizing the FreedomPark web portal. To use the web portal you will enter the cell phone number from your profile and 'freedompark' followed by the last two digits of your cell phone number as your password. Below is a helpful orientation to the service. If you have any questions you can call the FreedomPark office at anytime.


Departure

Meet your valet in the upper level One Hour Parking garage (for Terminal D, upper level sky cap stand at the curb). Your valet will be standing at the cross walk nearest the security check-in station. FreedomPark will send a text message to your cell phone indicating the exact location at which to meet your valet.


Look for your valet in a bright red shirt or jacket that reads “Airport Valet Parking” across the front. For your security and peace of mind, all FreedomPark valets wear an ID badge that identifies them as an authorized valet.


Expect the valet to assist you with your luggage and re-confirm your return flight information.


Arrival

Meet your valet at the upper level exit nearest your arrival gate, or, if you checked luggage, nearest your baggage claim.


Look once again for the bright red jacket or shirt that reads "Airport Valet Parking". The valet will be holding a clipboard with a printout displaying your last name. You will receive a text message on your cell phone directing you to the cross walk where your valet will be waiting. If the valet is not at your exit, look to your left or right one exit. If you still don't see your valet, call our office at 972-252-2500.


Expect your valet to assist you with your luggage to your vehicle, which will be parked at the opposite curb in the One Hour Parking area. Your valet will also ask for your claim check. If you don't have your claim check, the valet will ask for your profile password, or picture ID.


Other Things You Need to Know

Toll Tickets and Toll Tags

When you enter the airport you may do so using either a ticket lane or a toll tag lane. FreedomPark recommends that you use a ticket lane so that we may pay the toll when we exit the airport to bring your vehicle back to our facility. When you return you will be required to pay a $2 exit toll to leave the airport.

 
Flight Delays and Changes

If your return flight is running early or late there is no need to call us. We track your flight through an FAA radar service. However, you do need to call us if you change to an earlier or later flight, or if your flight is cancelled. Please call rather than send an email in the event of a flight change.

 
Charges and Receipts

The payment process is simple and paperless. The parking charges will be applied to your credit card the day following your return. You will receive a receipt via email the morning following your return.
