FreedomPark assumes no responsibility for damage to the vehicle or its contents due to fire, theft, third party damage while parked at the airport, weather, acts of God or acts of war or terror. FreedomPark assumes no liability for any articles left inside the vehicle. FreedomPark will not be liable for any other vehicle damage unless such damage is noted by the owner or agent and reported to FreedomPark at the time the vehicle is released to the owner or agent.
