FreedomPark pioneered the concept of curbside valet parking, launching the first-ever service of its kind in March 2001. Since then, as word has spread, the demand for airport valet parking has grown dramatically.
The concept is simple, but the execution is quite challenging:
- Make it possible for air travelers to drive their own vehicle straight to the curb at their departure gate and valet park.
- Have their vehicle waiting for them at the curb, at their arrival gate when they return.
To meet the challenge FreedomPark has developed unique procedures and systems and has recruited the best people to execute the service. Leveraging innovative technology and a superior customer service model FreedomPark is able to offer convenience with reliability and unparalleled professional courtesy to the D/FW air traveler.
Currently FreedomPark operates exclusively at D/FW Airport.
