Your company defines customer service and I do not mention that in a glib or light fashion. I can say though, that I am your biggest advocate and unofficial sales person. I truly believe in your company because of the level of service that you (consistently) provided.
It is the small things that make the difference. My radio is never 'on' if I left it off or 'off' if I left it on. My seat adjustment is always exactly the way I left it. My vehicle is alwaus conveniently parked. I have never had to attempt to find my valet. There has NEVER been a time that a text message about the flight time(s) did not come through. Last minute changes and oversights on my part (which I knew to be a hassle - no question about it) was ALWAYS met with a cordial reply and a 'NO PROBLEM' we will handle it. Almost to the point that I didn't mind calling at all for changes because I knew it would be handled with a cordial response.
I have never encountered a business that has consistently performed the way that Freedom Park has."
